This page is updated regularly and reflects what actually has my attention. Not what I plan to do, not what I have done. What I am working on right now.
What I am working on
Universal Microservices Architecture. The Apress book publishes August 26, 2026. Thirteen runnable chapters in Rust and WebAssembly. 100% business logic coverage enforced in CI. Available on Amazon.
The Day After. Negotiating publication with Apress. The companion CLI tool (cdad) is built and in progress. The book covers what it actually takes to restructure a software organization for the age of AI agents.
youaskm3. A WASM-native, MCP-powered personal knowledge layer. Runs entirely on GitHub Pages. No server, no database, no cost. Working through the milestone roadmap. M1 is next.
Traverse. A contract-driven Rust and WASM runtime for portable business capabilities. Pre-implementation, spec-governed. Foundation is in place.
Writing. Publishing every Wednesday and Friday on Medium. Two active series on software architecture and AI-native systems.
Speaking. Actively submitting CFPs for architecture, WASM, and AI engineering tracks.
